Claire La Feye Wedding Gowns

We are absolutely obsessed with Portland-based designer Claire La Faye. The brand and all of its gowns perfectly exude a soft, ethereal quality that is just so stunning captured in photos. There is a lightness in the fabric, a playfulness in the details. The gowns are really unique, and just so dreamy.

We were super lucky when one of our brides, Jacee, generously let us borrow her gown. It has since become the inspiration for two of our styled photoshoots. You've seen it once here, but we loved it so much we just had to do another photoshoot. Feast your eyes on this stunner.

This bridal bouquet featured a number of whimsical and dainty details - poppies and sweet peas and scabiosa; ruffly peonies and roses; a flutter of peachy pink ribbon. I love how it looks with the Some Kind of Wonderful Claire La Faye gown.

The centerpiece here featured similar flowers to the bouquet, with the addition of more greenery (variegated geranium leaves) and a touch of graceful fuschia. We loved doing this mini photoshoot, and love these colors and textures with this gown.

What's really incredible is that the House of Claire La Faye actually offered to custom design a gown for the Tyler Rye workshop. I can't quite share pictures of it yet, but stay tuned for more photos from the workshop soon! So excited, I can hardly wait!
