Grace + Andrew - Montalvo Arts

We reunited the dream team for this spectacular wedding at the Montalvo Arts Center - with Jeremy Chou on photography; Cali from Smitten Kiss on planning; and me on florals. This one will be featured on Carats and Cake soon, so look out for that!

Gosh, isn’t this venue just so dreamy? The ceremony was held at the Love Temple, surrounded by the Italian columns and sculptures. We adorned the space with lush ivory florals with just a touch of lilac and blush. I love that everything looks like it’s just floating - the florals lining the aisle are on clear acrylic pedestals, making the florals seems like they are just levitating off the ground. The ceremony installation has soft, whimsical branches and stems that gracefully curve and arch and again - float - in the air. It’s all so magical. And then add our beautiful bride and her stunning gown - it’s like straight out of a fairytale!

We continued this ethereal theme for the reception held at the Villa. Dried ferns added whimsy, while ruffly sweet pea and floating butterfly ranunculus, added to the dreaminess.
