Join us Monday September 30th from 9am to 5pm for a bouquet & silk dying workshop at our farm in Castro Valley. The bridal bouquet portion will be taught by our very own Trang Vo, and we will be joined by Sun Hee Lee, a natural dye artist and educator from South Korea. Discover the art of using chija (gardenia fruits) and avocados to create beautiful, naturally dyed silk ribbons. In this workshop, attendees will create 12 rolls (2" wide x 5 yards long) of silk ribbon in a beautiful color palette of different silk types - Habotai, Swiss and crinkle. The workshop will include some lecture, a glimpse into Sun Hee's artistic journey, and lots of hands-on and interactive time. No prior experience required for this workshop.

The fee for this session is $785 per attendee.
